Linden honey is one of the most popular varieties of honey and has various beneficial properties. It has a yellow-orange-red color and contains apart monosaccharides, volatile oils rich in farnesol who print characteristic of smell and taste, an unmistakable fragrance and flavor of lime flowers.

If you want to taste several varieties of honey, we recommend you to leave at the end the lime honey because it tastes most strongly. Linden honey consistency is uniform, fluid, viscous or crystallized. Fresh crystallized honey has a lighter color.
