The duration of the deliveries for which Brands of Romania is committing are:
- Europe: 5 to 7 business days
- North and Central America: 7 to 10 business days
- Asia, Africa, Latin America, Australia, other: 10 to 12 business days
In our continuous commitment in offering the best customer experience, at Brands of Romania we are offering you the three different Payment Methods:
- MobilPay – One of the most popular payment gateways in Romania, partnering with some of the most famous Romanian online retailers.
- PayPal – All online payments can be performed on the Brands of Romania PayPal Account. The PayPal payments are processed by PayPal only. Brands of Romania does not access or process any credit card details you may submit to PayPal. Your payment is secured by PayPal and it is your responsibility to ensure that you do not submit your credit card details to any fake, malicious or phishing websites. - Direct Bank Transfer – Use this Payment Method if you want to pay for your order using Bank Transfer. Please use your Order ID (Eg. “Order Number #509″) as the payment reference. Your order will be shipped post receiving the payment confirmation from our Bank. This operation usually takes 2-3 business days, however in exceptional situations this can take up to 5 working days.
Please note that Brands of Romania does not support or accept any other Payments Methods outside the ones mentioned above. Brands of Romania is not responsible for usage of any unsupported Payment Methods hence cannot be held accountable for faulty payments performed on unsupported Payment Methods.
Yes. Every order is followed by a confirmation email of the order, containing all the financial details and payment status. When receiving your order, you will also receive a hard copy of your fiscal invoice confirming the purchase from Brands of Romania
