While we are doing our best to keep all products on stock, please ensure before sending your order that the products you are looking to buy are not showing the “Out of Stock” label.
As Brands of Romania is dedicated into promoting Romanian products across the world, we are only looking at serving overseas customers.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. In order to ensure the fastest and safest shipping conditions as well as for ensuring the lowest shipping cost for you, your order will be shipped at your closest postal office.
All deliveries are fulfilled in partnership with DHL Express and The Romanian National Post – Air Mail. It is customer’s choice which to use and the selection is performed at the checkout.
The duration of the deliveries for which Brands of Romania is committing are:
- Europe: 5 to 7 business days;
- North and Central America: 7 to 10 business days;
- Asia, Africa, Latin America, Australia, other: 10 to 12 business days.

Brands of Romania offers FREE SHIPPING for all orders over 199€ delivered in Europe.
Pre-Orders and Out of Stock Orders
Orders containing Pre-Ordered Products or Out of Stock products will be delivered in the moment all products are on stock. In case you require for Brands of Romania to deliver the products on stock this can be done only under the following conditions:
- You have removed from your order all Pre-Ordered Products or Products Out of Stock;
- The payment of the order has been received and confirmed.
For the orders containing Pre-Ordered or Out of Stock Products, please select the payment method “Pre-Order / Out of Stock”. This payment method will not require any payment to be performed up to confirmation from Brands of Romania that the products are ready to be delivered.
Post sending you the confirmation, the status of your order will be changed to “Pending” and all you will need to do will be to go to “My Account > View Order” and select the “Pay” option for the order you’re expecting us to deliver.

We want your shopping experience to be the best shopping experience you can get hence we are offering full transparency of the Brands of Romania Return and Refund Policy. While your satisfaction the most important, we will strictly enforce our published Return and Refund policies.
As a customer of Brands of Romania you have the option to return any purchased product within 14 days in its original condition.
Brands of Romania will refund the full price you paid for the item except the shipping costs.
For any defective products, Brands of Romania will support full refund including the shipping costs paid when purchasing the items.
To return an item please include the merchandise with a completed returns slip. Please allow up to 7 business days for this to be processed.

In case you require us to exchange the returned product with a new or different product, our Returns Service will be happy to process this for you. Please include written details on the returns slip.

Overseas customers are asked to return the defective item(s) including both the merchandise and the delivery slip by a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not returned. Brands of Romania will refund you the cost of your return shipping charges if you also include a shipping receipt.
Customized products will not be subject to return and refunded unless the products have proofed to be defective.
