We want your shopping experience to be the best shopping experience you can get hence we are offering full transparency of the Brands of Romania Return and Refund Policy. While your satisfaction the most important, we will strictly enforce our published Return and Refund policies.
As a customer of Brands of Romania you have the option to return any purchased product within 14 days in its original condition.
Brands of Romania will refund the full price you paid for the item except the shipping costs.
For any defective products, Brands of Romania will support full refund including the shipping costs paid when purchasing the items.
To return an item please include the merchandise with a completed Return Slip (https://brandsofromania.com/return-slip/). Please allow up to 2 business days for this to be processed.

Please note. For your protection Brands of Romania recommends that you use a Recorded Delivery Service as we cannot be held responsible any goods you may return in case they do not reach our Return Service
In case you require us to exchange the returned product with a new or different product, our Returns Service will be happy to process this for you. Please include written details on the returns slip.

Defective Items:
If by any chance you are receiving any defective products please contact Customer Services on our hotline +40 (723) 520 718.
Overseas customers are asked to return the defective item(s) including both the merchandise and the delivery slip by a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not returned. Brands of Romania will refund you the cost of your return shipping charges if you also include a shipping receipt.
Customized products will not be subject to return and refunded unless the products have proofed to be defective.
