Coriander is an herb with many uses: in cosmetics (perfume – to feel the smell of coriander flourished lan); in pharmaceutical (tea); in Nutrition (spice). Fortunately in Dobrogea, Romania, are still cultivated acceptable areas with coriander.

Coriander honey has reddish color, it is flavour and fragrance.

Immediately after harvesting, coriander honey taste is very unpleasant, but after about a week, it turns into a very delicate one.

Honey Coriander be able fluid, viscous or crystallized, depending on the time of year.
