Antiasthmatic Tea – 50g

Composition: coltsfoot leaves, grass Motherwort, Yarrow flowers, hawthorn leaves with flowers, grass Unguras grass hyssop, thyme grass, grass sage, mint grass.

Action: bronchodilators, stimulating breathing, bronchial secretion thinners.

Application: traditionally in asthma and asthmatic bronchitis.

Method: infusion. A cup of boiling water pour over a tablespoon of herbs, cover 15 minutes, strain, is consumed at room temperature.

Directions: 2-3 cups / day.
