Anticolitic Tea – 50g

Ingredients: Yarrow flowers, chamomile flowers, grass hay, grass lemon balm, hops cones, grass mint, motherwort grass.
Action: antispasmodic and intestinal antiseptic.

Application: traditionally in colitis and enterocolitis.

Method: infusion. A cup of boiling water pour over a tablespoon of herbs, cover 15 minutes, strain, unsweetened consumed at room temperature.

Directions: 2-3 cups / day, after meals.
