Antibronsitic Tea – 50 g

Ingredients: pine nuts, plantain leaves, leaves, leaves Nettle root, primrose, oregano grass, elecampane root.

Action: expectorant, bronchial secretion thinners, antiseptic, antispasmodic.

Application: traditionally in acute bronchitis – Cocteau phase, chronic bronchitis, asthmatic bronchitis, asthma.

Method: infusion. A cup of boiling water pour over a tablespoon of herbs, cover 20 minutes, strain, is consumed at room temperature.
